This lakeside home needed a full renovation to capture the open, modern farmhouse charm the homeowners had in mind. Two of our favorite spots? The bright, spacious new kitchen, which makes the most of an incredible view, and the stylish laundry room.

MIXING METALS
All that stainless steel needed gorgeous copper pendants from Tom Dixon for warmth and contrast.

CENTRAL HUB
Clean shaker cabinetry in playful colors, endless storage, and a generous island turned this kitchen into the heart of the home.

ROOM TO MANEUVER
Expansive counter space, an over-sized sink, and a six-burner Wolf cooktop and double-oven means this family can go to work! (If they can stop looking out the window.)

STORAGE ENVY
Floor-to-ceiling square subway tiles connect the kitchen to the pantry while sustainably-forested African Mahogany shelves with custom iron brackets give them storage for days.

SO FRESH AND SO CLEAN
Taking our cue from the kitchen, we connected these two hard-working spaces by tweaking the kitchen’s color scheme and adding a darker concrete-like Caesarstone counter to make the space all its own.
